Return policy.
As our website sells used and/or defective items, all the sales are final. However, in case of misinterpretation or if we overlooked any item, you are responsible for returning the merchandise on your own expense. We will provide you the option to exchange the item or a refund upon receiving the merchandise back and 15% re-stocking fee. All customers must return the item within 10 (ten) days after receive the merchandise and must contact us in advance to arrange the return. Returned merchandise must be in the same state it was received.
Payment Options
- Credit cards through PayPal.
- Company or personal checks (drawn on a US Bank with US funds)
- Wire transfers.
- Money orders.
Orders paid by check or money order will be processed after full clearance in order to avoid fraud. It can take 15-20 business days.
Orders paid via Wire Transfer will be processed after wire transfer arrival. Package will be dispatched within 24-72 hours after it.
Shipping Methods for US Orders
All orders are subject to verification.
The orders are shipped via USPS.
We have two options of shipment:
- Priority Mail: usually takes 2-3 business days.
- Express Mail: usually takes 24-48 hours.
After package is shipped all customers will receive a confirmation e-mail with the tracking number of your package. One to two business days should be allowed for tracking information to be updated on the USPS website.
Shipping Methods and Timing for International Orders
All orders are subject to verification and approval.
The orders are shipped via USPS Global Express Mail and it takes 5-10 business days for shipments to arrive.
All duty fees and charges are the responsibility of the customers.
